At its annual general assembly in Istanbul, the European Association of Automotive Suppliers (CLEPA) unanimously returned Peter Tyroller (53) to office for a further two-year term as president. Tyroller has been president of CLEPA since 2010. It is the European automotive suppliers’ most important pressure group.
As a member of the board of management of Robert Bosch GmbH, Tyroller’s responsibilities include original equipment sales, corporate marketing, and the Automotive Aftermarket division. His first term of office as president of CLEPA expires at the end of this year.
Speaking in Istanbul, Peter Tyroller said: “It is a great privilege to act as CLEPA president. I would like to thank all members for the support I have received so far. Looking forward, I am honored to continue serving the interests of the supplier industry during my second mandate, and want to help develop CLEPA even further.”
CLEPA (Comité de liaison européen des fabricants d’équipements et de pièces automobiles) represents the interests of the European automotive supply industry. The association represents more than 3,000 companies, and covers the entire range of products and services in the automotive supply chain.
