NL Pavilion: Center for Dutch Innovations and Networking

The NL Pavilion, organized by RAI Automotive Industry NL in collaboration with public and private partners, presents the renowned NL Pavilion concept. This pavilion offers excellent opportunities to establish new business contacts and strengthen existing relationships. It attracts many visitors and key decision-makers from the Dutch, German, and international automotive and mobility sectors, thanks partly to special side events and evening activities.

Participants in the NL Pavilion include Trescal, HTR Rubber & Foam, Beijer Automotive, Lifehammer, Total Safety Solutions, MST Group, NRF e-Mobility, and Battery Competence Cluster – NL.

Highlights at the NL Pavilion

HTR Rubber & Foam

One of the highlights is the new factory of HTR Rubber India Pvt Ltd, located in a brand-new building in India. The new factory will be showcased at the fair, with the director from India present to explain the facility's capabilities and innovations.

In addition, HTR is introducing a world-first: a fully automated 3D thermoforming/vacuum-forming production machine, specifically for foam materials. This machine produces 3D foam parts using thermoforming or vacuum forming, or a combination of both options, illustrating HTR's development strength and specialization.

NRF e-Mobility

NRF introduces the e-Mobility, a joint venture with the Polish EV franchise EV Repair, aimed at training mechanics across Europe to work on electric vehicles (EVs). The academy offers four training levels covering all EV brands and aspects, including software developed by EV Repair that is compatible with Tesla vehicles. NRF also provides access to the leading range of e-mobility parts for the aftermarket in Europe.

Total Safety Solutions

With the "Garage Plug" from Total Safety Solutions, mechanics can safely work on any electric vehicle. The Garage Plug prevents an EV or PHEV from accidentally moving, ensuring a safe working environment. This patented technology is already used by emergency services through the "Emergency Plug," which won the 2024 Automotive Innovation Award.

Additionally, Total Safety Solutions has developed a Learning module, enabling mechanics to acquire the necessary knowledge to safely work on electric vehicles through online, classroom, or blended learning.

Beijer Automotive

Beijer Automotive introduces the Beijer CAN Interface Next Gen (BCI-NG), which as a key feature, supports CAN FD, the new standard in an increasing number of modern cars and essential for the future of high-performance vehicles and complex electronic systems. The new generation BCIs is based on the same vehicle database as the Beijer CAN Library (BCL), the software-based variant for CAN support, which Beijer will highlight at the fair.

MST Group

During Automechanika, MST will present its latest demonstration project, Atlas. With Atlas, MST demonstrates that autonomous applications in mobile solutions are technically and economically feasible. Strategic product management and homologation of autonomous electrified heavy vehicles are the crucial differentiating factors in this regard. MST will take you through the acceleration of these developments.

Lifehammer

Life Safety Products will be present with their range of Lifehammer safety hammers, with special attention to the recently introduced "Lifehammer Smart" model. This safety hammer, equipped with a spring mechanism and ceramic hammerhead, effortlessly breaks tempered safety glass and easily cuts through seat belts thanks to the integrated razor-sharp blade. In case of an emergency, this is a "must-have" within reach in every car. Moreover, the Smart has a contemporary design and recently won the 2024 IF Design Award.

Trescal

Trescal will present valuable information on the calibration of charging stations at Automechanika. Kasper Pijs, Sales Manager at Trescal, says: "This event is a great opportunity to showcase our expertise in the automotive industry.
